Puzzella offers personalized, made-to-order products (such as puzzles with custom images or text). Therefore:
- The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the submitted content (text, images, dates, etc.).
- Orders cannot be modified after confirmation unless production has not yet started.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in local currency or USD (depending on the country) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed through secure gateways, and we do not store your card information.
5. Disclaimer
We strive to present accurate images of our products; however, actual colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

Return & Exchange Policy – Puzzella
1. Custom Products
Since our products are custom-made, returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
- A manufacturing defect or damage during shipping
- A design that does not match the confirmed specifications
2. Reporting Timeframe
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos showing the defect or error.
3. Returns or Reproduction
If the defect or error is confirmed, we will cover all costs for reproduction or reshipping.
Custom products cannot be returned due to a change of mind or incorrect information provided by the customer.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within the first 12 hours after payment confirmation, provided that production or design has not yet started.
After this period, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
